Her face seems to ring a bell (honest!) - I think she was from my Mom's era and my Mom was born in 1925 - Carmen Miranda? (honestly - I did not Google her yet) - just my first impression.
(she just looks like she needs to have a bunch of bananas on her head, like in those old Bob Hope and Bing Crosby movies).
