I wanted to pin a rose on these hard working moderators. They have the sometimes unenviable job of being detective, peacemaker, disciplinarian, and watchdog. They must be impartial and have a long memory and I think they all possess these qualities. Thank you for always being patient and respectful of me, even when we disagreed. I'm sure other members share these sentiments.

My shoulders and neck are sore, it happens when my body is under stress. I hate it when this happens.

No kidding, I am felling grumpy today over losing my job yesterday, that is why my shoulders and neck is sore.. today I am felling like what did I even gain from working at my job, I developed a stress disorder and shoulder tendinitis, like really what was the point of the last 5 years

Yeh probabley, I know I am just going threw a bunch of emotions, from good to bad to in between. I am just a bit angry today. I know it will pass but it sucks really.
I did some retail therapy wich was nice, not a lot of money but some and saw a movie. It was cute

Can you look into taking a course on CBT (Cognitive Based Therapy)? I went on mine today and at the end we do a mindfulness or meditation session. I find it is really helping me a lot.

Oh yeh I did do some of that, I just have to revisit it. I am in a much better mood today. I am thinking of other things I can do, I am thinking of working in a stock room or something. I got some thank you cards and a few small gifts for some of my co-workers and I will write out some letters later today and drop them off tomorrow along with my work vest, and the tagging gun I still have. So that will make me fell better.
