UH???

I feel I am not alone in this...
We just want to keep you in suspense :biggrin2:

So - so far today I saw a lady on TV plugging her book about how it's good to be dirty

Apparently we are all too clean and need some of these beneficial bacteria to help our immune systems. Maybe that is why we were all so healthy as kids - always playing in the dirt!

Then I clicked on something on the internet regarding how just being outside can improve your psychological health.

Just being outside can improve your psychological health, and maybe your physical health too — Quartz

I think they might be right - if the weather was nicer I would take our old tent trailer out and go camping!

(I still like to use the showers at the campground, however) :a11: :m_shower:

....I don't know that dirt is going to boost one's immunity, but allowing one's physiology to be exposed to various viruses and bacteria on a daily basis WILL help the body's immune system learn to recognize and quell infectious processes much sooner or make them less serious....that is one favor working in a prison has done for me.....

The struggle is real. It was snow flurries yesterday. I think that the coat has become my new substitute for sandals. Global Warming evidence is little here.
This is the reason I asked about sandals...

Took up a page or so about 4 back in this thread...

Would like for arista to be able to put that coat away if she likes.

I KNEW it...

Drinking after people at ballgames all those years never a sniffle...

Fist bumping takes the place of handshakes...

Flu shots don't even work now!!!

These ones are sort of blingy - you know I was just pulling your leg, right? Or in this case your sandals
