My oldest cat Meowy likes to spend his days outside and whenever he wants to come in he would scratch on the screens of our windows to get our attention. After years of doing this the screens are decimated from years of abuse and mom took them off. Now he resorts to rubbing the pads of his paws on the windows to try and get our attention.

Here is a weird random thought - we were having problems with a squirrel who appeared to have a nest in the floor of the balcony at the back of our house.

So - Andy got out some wood and a hammer and closed up the opening.

Now today when I was out filling up the bird feeder I thought I heard some sort of noise up there (I hope it was just the wind).

Wow - what if the squirrel is still in there? Maybe he's gone through his supply of nuts and seeds and is trapped in there? Yikes! Poor squirrel

Twinkies Cereal launches nationwide in late December. Post (POST) is partnering with Hostess to turn the 90-year-old treat into a cereal that will be available nationwide in late December. The taste of Twinkies Cereal "replicates the distinctive taste and familiar oblong shape" of the snack cake, according to a press release.

We have a new law.
Taking pictures of injured or even dead people, after an accident for instance,
is now a criminal offence and not just a misdemeanor.

Maybe this will stop people taking pics with their dang phones.
It's rather sad that they had to pass this law - whatever happened to human decency and knowing when to respect others' privacy?

(Okay - I will step off the soap box now)

You see the same thing at a car accident - everyone has to slow down and rubberneck to see what's going on
:nope:
