I haven't actually clicked on the Chewbacca mom thing. I generally am not a fan of viral vids.
It was not 'viral' when I saw it. It was not a fame thing for her. It was for her facebook freinds. It just really took off.

Oooh ! Hallucinations: where do I sign up? Beer & benedryl & a bubble bath will knock me right out when I'm ailing - which, sadly is now. I never get sick but today: fever, chills, aches, ear ache, blah, blah, blah. And my co-worker is out ever sicker, so she won. I have to work through it. Fortunately I have my own office so I stop people at the door with a warning - enter at your own risk.Beer and a Benedryl? I've done the Epsom salts in a bath trick - it's great to help you relax - all that lovely warm water. I've just never heard of drinking a beer at the same time as taking Benedryl- makes me wonder if that gives one hallucinations or some such thing.

*oys nevermind. Messed up post.
Windows 10 snuck in on me. Avoid it.
To me, it was just a silly diversion. I'm not sure if it was an affectation or if that's her true personality but I got a kick out of it. Sometimes it is just nice to laugh with someone for the pure joy of it. I guess it pulled me away from all of the political junk on television for awhile. That's a plus.I haven't actually clicked on the Chewbacca mom thing. I generally am not a fan of viral vids.
My favorite part was right at the end: "It's the simple things." The rest I could take or leave, but that truism made me smileTo me, it was just a silly diversion. Am I the only person who doesn't know or care what this "Chewbacca Mom" thing is all about?
No. You are most certainly not. I mean, don't get me wrong: I'm glad she got a bunch of free stuff from the store, but it must've been a slow day on the Internet for this to make the news.
Hmmm. I'm over her. But that was good.
Random thought.
Just walking down a hall today in work, when suddenly my pants came undone.
Just like that. Secure clothes - nothing tight. There ya go. Hello everyone!
Oh dear - how are you feeling now? Just get one of those surgical masks and wear that - perhaps draw a smiley face on the front of it?Oooh ! Hallucinations: where do I sign up? Never seen this one, but I like John Carpenter's The Thing and Starman was also quite good.Cigarette Burns is still one of the creepiest things I've ever watched. Kudos to John Carpenter
I've not seen this one....and I generally like John Carpenter. Can I find it on YouTube or Netflix?Cigarette Burns is still one of the creepiest things I've ever watched. Kudos to John Carpenter
I first watched it on Hulu, as a Masters of Horror episode. I've since found the DVD, and that's what I watched last night, with all the extras. Very different look at Norman Reedus, for those who only know him from The Walking Dead.I've not seen this one....and I generally like John Carpenter. Can I find it on YouTube or Netflix?
