Hello fellow Stephen King fans! I'm new to the boards, but NOT to SK! I've read a good majority of Kings books, and finished reading The Sun Dog about 20 minutes ago. My question is this, the main character, Kevin Delevan - Does his name occur or appear in any other King novels/stories? I Seem to remember the line "That's what happened to the little Delevan boy" but I can't swear to it, and I can't remember what book it would be in. It strikes me that the line was in reference to a death or disappearance, but (Spoiler here if you haven't read The Sun Dog) as Kevin doesn't die OR disappear in The Sun Dog I'm thinking I'm either wrong, or it happens later. I don't feel that it CAN be in a later one though as Kevin is 16 at the of The Sun Dog, and thus if the second reference is in a later book, he wouldn't be the "little" delevan boy, and as his younger sibling is a sister...

I'm stuck, can anyone help?

...welcome darlin'!....I don't recall any other instances of a character with that name being referenced, but given Steve's habit of using common surnames and sprinkling them throughout his novels-I wouldn't be a'tall surprised...he(and we)like these Eater Eggs, and they serve as a way to tie all of his books and stories into his overall universe.....
