Just my friendly reminder every year for women. Please do not forget to schedule your mammogram. I went every year. I still was diagnosed with breast cancer. However, they caught it early due to the screening. Guys this does not exempt you either. I have learned that guys can get breast cancer too. So, do not forget to do self screenings.

Men can also get breast cancer. Everyone should be doing at least monthly checks on themselves and if you discover something then call and make an appointment with a doctor. Don't wait!

This is the same with my mom she had felt something odd but she thought nothing of it, but then they caught it on a mammogram. And she had it removed and she did not require any chemo or anything. So yeh they save lives

One of my friends from the Neil Peart message board had a genetic test because her mom, grandmother and aunts all had breast cancer. She was positive and had a lump in one so she just had a double mastectomy to be done with it. The first picture she posted after she recovered was her in this T-shirt.
