What are your choices?

Christine killing Darnell in his house

How Moochie died in the book.

Leigh choking in the book

Christine at the airport
Leigh does choke in the movie -- in the car at the drive-in. I may be missing your meaning. It's been a long time since I read the book.

And welcome to the board.

Yeah in the novel Leigh and Arnie were both in Christine when Leigh choked. They picked up a hitchhiker too. Who saved her. Arnie did nothing.

The dreams would be good too in film form.

this is where the movie kind of failed. because they did not have the ghost driver. in the book king explains that arnie did nothing because he did not know anything of the Heimlich manover, because the ghost of lebaray had morphed into arnies brain, and lebary was old and it had not been invented yet, thats why arnie did nothing. in the movie it just looks like arnie is an *******.

ok looks like they had the change the sceen. in the book the hitchicker was in the back seat. see this is why i am opean to a remake with the ghost driver.

I liked the scene in the book where Christine breaks down (a flat? Can't remember) and they have a funny confrontation with a family in their yard. I see why this extraneous scene would've been skipped over, though.
The scene where Arnie pushes brokedown Christine, sealing ( consumating ) their bond and earning himself a back brace of his out of love.

Yeh the moving the car backward whould have been good, but it may have mixed up the audience as it was going with the car drives fixes itself. So to have Artie moving it whould be kind of odish. I wish armies mom was different and more like the book. In the movie she just cried a lot.. which was odd

They absolutely should have included this. Makes me want to put the bang-shang-a-lang on 'em! :D

they did have a version of this scene in the movie, but it was really shortened down, all was something fell of the car and arnie had to pull over in front of a house and Dennis just pulled up and helped him and then the next scene was arnie driving into darnels garage and darnel giving Dennis **** for letting arnie buy the car. it was like a 2 min scene. but the book part was a lot better then the movie. I really hope they do a remake and have the ghost driver in it. I saw it part two and they had dead Patrick drive the car for hennery bowers so now it can be done
