I love my touchscreen at home - too bad we could not get them at work but it's not in our budget. When you have poor vision and need reading glasses it is great to be able to expand the size of the screen by just using your fingers.
There's probably a shortcut for PCs, too, but I'm a Mac user so not familiar with it. For Mac users, we can just use Command+ as many times as we want to enlarge the screen and then Command- to reduce it back to original size for desktop and laptop models. Not quite as easy as the touch screen but still do-able.

Ctrl+ for my Windows computer, and Ctrl- to shrink it. Or I can reach up and pinch-zoom.
