How many of you still send cards by snail mail. Weather it be birthday ,Christmas or maybe just a letter. i found myself at the post office mailing several cards today. I try to mail many and use very few internet notes or e cards.

I love getting cards in the mail so I send them too. I'm behind the times... I even still pay bills by check and mail them lol

Me too. My bank isn't very happy they have to mail me statements because I refuse to bank online and some bill collectors don't like getting checks in the mail but the less info about me on the web, the happier I am
Birthday, anniversary, get well, Christmas- all snail mail cards. Used to print my own, but printer has seen better days. Word of caution to USA-- postage rates go up in January, so buy some extra forever stamps this month. I even hand write letters to an old friend who does not have a computer. Love the personal touch of cards.
I send cards for all occasions using snail mail. It is an ironclad tradition to me.
I'm the same. I love buying and receiving cards and always pop a 'catch-up' letter in with my Christmas Cards for folks I don't see that often. It seems such a shame to me that letter writing and greeting cards have been replaced by electronic mail.
Christmas and condolence cards by snail mail. But not as many Christmas as I used to.
I am getting ready to sit down and write out my Christmas cards. Always choose a Madonna and child, for me they are the true spirit of Christmas, no HOHOing Santas from our house to yours. Love sending cards, love receiving them too!

I always send cards for birthday, Christmas, etc by snail mail. It's nice to send and recieve something personal and handwritten for special occasions. It means you were thinking of and being thought of while the card was being written. I have a friend who actually does calligraphic cards she writes and draws herself. I'm not that good.

I hate to say this, but your bank has all that information out there in cyberspace anyway. Just because you do not bank online yourself doesn't mean your info can't be had by hackers if they hack into your bank's systems. You're still vulnerable.Me too. Christmas cards are the only snail mail I use. I do everything else online and love it. To each his own.
I've been sending postcards lately, to the few people I have addys for. And I just bought some blank cards to draw/write on. I'll do Christmas cards for a few people, and a birthday card for a friend who has one upcoming...
I also have a buddy whom I'm gonna be pen-pals with. We're FB friends, so it ain't like we can't communicate online, but both thought it would be nice to do something a bit more personal. Yeah, I know...pen pals, how quaint.
