Thanks, although locals tend to complain about the architecture, and they're partly right. Buildings from the 1970s are pretty awful, so I chose not to show them

It used to be a salvation army children's home until it closed in 2005. They used to hold a garden party on the grounds every year which John Lennon would go to with his aunt. It's now a church. The gates there now are replicas replacing the originals in 2011.

This thread is fun! I grew up in Southwestern Virginia, right in the corner of the state. This is a waterfall in the Pinnacle Nature Preserve in Lebanon, VA. We spread some of my dad's ashes not far from here in September.
