It's okay Spidey, it's probably just my own issue :) --it might be the result of a compounding thing... as I've been feeling a little like I've been targeted recently for just 'doing the job'. My outer shell isn't very tough when you get down to it and the soft stuff inside may have been leaking out a little lately.

How's that for a visual? :wink-new:
...Flake, you know I'm fiercely protective of the flock here-and especially the ladies....I don't suffer fools, and I won't tolerate them upsetting any of you....you need help, simply ask-and I will be more than happy to show them the sharp side of my tongue...that kinda crap don't fly when the Giant's on duty...

Aw, I know what you mean. I have to be the bad guy at my job often- enforcing rules and saying no - it's hard for me, I'm such a Yes-girl. Keep on doing what you do, honey!

Looked in the paper for the snow total to-date. Meh. They got 270" in Keweenaw County...say we have 170" here in Houghton County. The reality is somewhere in between. Snow. Hard to find any silver lining in it...but I worked at it and discovered that one need not get in the horizontal to make an angel or two...or devil...or something. In the first one there, you got your angel with the #19 so we're good with the board. The second is your performing artist and what was it this morning about three when I got up? 20 below on the F-scale. Yeah, try to find the silver in that one. The 3rd one there, you got another view of the vertical snow-angels. Happy happy happy. That last is to try to give you an idea of the snow-cover. That bank in front of the truck is easily over ten feet, maybe close to twelve. Have always wanted to sculpt that into a freight train. Happy little choo-choo train. So yeah, too-much snow? No problemo as you can make the vertical snow angels...don't have to try getting up from the horizontal. Haven't tried the juice-warmer...saving that for later. Thank you, friend.snow2 004.JPG snow2 007.JPG snow2 005.JPG snow2 002.JPG

Dang, how do you live somewhere like that? We're expecting snow on Monday - likely no accumulation, but still - I'm sure they'll cancel school and Kroger will run out of bread and milk.
