I clicked on this thread and on the last page of posts. Then I went back to post one and got the jokes. I didn't know that since I am a Stephen King fan that I couldn't have other interests, like jokes, and could only have deep intellectual discussions about his books! As a newer member I appreciate the tone of friendliness from most all and the kind tolerance of the more long term. I am not the most savvy of forum posters and have made some newbie faux pas. It is nice that there does not seem to be a tendency to intimidate over the slightest breach of forum etiquette.

No worries. We're pretty easy going in general unless someone is just a total d*ck.

And we have ALL faux pas-ed at one time or another. My butt crack is usually hanging out.

Sometimes I will "pick someone up" for a spelling mistake or something silly like that (a typo or whatever) but it is all meant to be in good fun and not to ridicule another member

I can sometimes be the worst offender (especially when it comes to math!)
