I was driving along, thinking, "Jarek. Jericho." As being nonstandard names with K/J sounds.

(((((Grandpa)))))I hit "Like" on both of these as just my way of affirming the sentiments. But I've been reminded of my (lack of) social skills on more than one occasion, so I'll just say it plain - no harm, no foul, between friends. Feathers inevitably get ruffled in human interactions, and if there's no malice - and obviously, there's none here - good-hearted people get them smoothed out and move on. 'Sall good, my friends.
Understood about the stress levels. I'm here right now on the forum, escaping for a bit, but sooner or later, I've got to devote the bulk of the weekend to start to resolve a couple soul-crushing issues. You know, the kind that makes you wonder if you can just cash in everything and move to a shack on the beach in Belize and live on tequila.
It's really great to see you, girl! I hope you're feeling better soon (I had a similar thing with my 2nd baby right towards the end of the pregnancy, every time he turned or rolled, it felt like he was busting loose!)Hey guys. I'm so sorry. I'm here. For the time-being, anyway.
Work and life have been insane. Work has been much more....I don't even know the right word.....than I prepared for. It's good. But so, so stressful and time-consuming.
Baby is good. We are almost 100% sure he's a boy. We've had two sonograms tell us. Hopefully it'll be finally confirmed on Wednesday.
We were in the hospital last night. Apparently I have an irritated/pulled round ligament (holds the uterus) and the baby is laying sideways, kicking it constantly. I hope he turns soon. I knew he was fine because I could feel him moving around but I thought I was dying!
Been doing a lot of traveling for work and not.
We also moved to a bigger place and found out pretty quickly that the guy below us was nuts. That was a lot to deal with!
My father-in-law has also been visiting from NC for the past three weeks. That's....fun.
Anyway, that's all the news here. I'm going to go check things out while I have the time!!!
Miss you guys!
