Stephen King or no?

Years ago.Possibly early 80's,I was in a video store in my town of Erwin,Tennessee. Now call me crazy but I could have sworn Mr. King came into the store.He was on a motorcycle and had long hair and a beard but looked JUST like him. If not him than a doppleganger lol. I didn't speak to him but have to admit I stared.He didn't speak to me either. Can anyone verify if Mr. King was in the east Tennessee area at this time? This has been bugging me for years.Thank you.
