I actually wanted the giant spider Alien to break through to our world and the Air Force and tanks have to be called in and turn it into a Godzilla-type ending.

I admit to be an anti TV snob, I haven't watched in years, honestly don't have time. But I LOVE stranger things! I love the 80's vibe, the SK references, the friendships, the D &D, the cast, the story line ....all of it.
Really enjoyed Season 2. A little bit of a slow start in episodes 2-3, but man, did it ever stick the landing. Agree with things said earlier about the Paul Reiser and Sean Astin characters. Job well done. My personal favorite?
Steve! He started as the complete 80s movie jerk, turned out not to be as jerky as thought, and then becomes downright heroic in season 2. And the interaction between him and Dustin? Priceless.
Yep, the hard-learned lesson, there's always a bigger bully, so it's better just not to be one.
