I was really scared for Caleb. I'm glad he's ok but sad he's out of the competition. He seemed like a normal nice guy - not that I don't think the other players arn't normal y'know lol. I almost passed out a few times after moving to Texas before I learned how dangerous 100+ degrees can be. I hope future challenges arn't so strenuous.

I don't feel bad for Alecia... she needs to learn she isn't the center of everyone's universe and everything is NOT always about her. I guess the other members of the Brawn Tribe will voted off pretty quickly after the merge, unless chance puts them all in the same new tribe.

I didn't think they would have a tribal last night after Caleb having to leave. They might have done it before, but it's a rarity to have to gone in one episode. Glad we're on the same page as Deb, True..LOL:applause:
I actually feel asleep while watching this episode - I saw the part about the
helicopter, heat exhaustion etc.
but then I woke up just as they were voting off
the little blonde who seems to be not all that bright

I actually think this season is getting better!

Man, is Tai getting around with the bromances or what?!;-D Now, he has Scot wrapped around his finger! LOL.

I can't stand Peter. He has to go. He's a terrible player and has a HUGE ego. Ugh.

Love tribe switches! Interesting twist. Also interesting is that the player who got exiled is a player I never knew existed, haha. I'm surprised Anaa was the one to go. I thought she would go farther into the game--seemed really smart, but they got her!

I got caught up on this season and can finally read this thread. I'm really liking it so far.
I don't have any favorites thus far. I don't particularly dislike anyone either. Peter's starting to work my last nerve though, especially since last night's episode. Pride cometh before a fall, is all I'm saying there.
Does anyone else get hungry when they watch Survivor? I cannot watch that show without eating a sammich or something. All those hungry people....

I get thirsty lol. Do they have to boil the water before it's safe to drink? I think the show should provide bottled water to prevent dehydration.

Pretty sure they do boil it. And I agree that the show ought to have backup water. The collapse of three contestants after that one challenge should tell them that they need to allow for water breaks within reason. Also, Julia shouldn't have been left on that island without water. We can live for days without food, but only hours without water. And, while the contestants do accept that they will face hardship, the show has to balance that with letting someone die. I think after that challenge where they had to evac Caleb, they might reassess the intensity of those things. That one was just insane.

Egg salad tonight. I did it again, two sandwiches. Mashed potatoes and two glasses of iced tea.
Tery's right about about the water. My knee jerk reaction was to balk at the idea. But really, dehydration is too dangerous to play with like that. Someone could actually die. And for what?
It looks like Dr. Smartypants, Peter outsmarted himself. I wasn't sorry to see him go.
I'm starting to really like Kyle and Tai.
