One of my favorite memories is seeing him speak in New Orleans when he was promoting 11/22/63. Of course, I didn't get to meet him, but was lucky enough to get a front-row seat. I met a bunch of great people while waiting in line. Stephen King fans are the best.

I agree Stephen King fans are the best. I was lucky enough to meet Stephen during a UK book tour for Lisey's Story (see my profile pic). Waiting in line with other fans and chatting was such a great experience too
