The Clown Response

It just occurred to me: I don't remember any similar fuss being made when American Horror Story debuted Twisty the Clown in the "Freakshow" season.
I used to see a clowns. I guess they had a gig to go to. Stopped at a red light.
It's a sight. Usually on a Saturday. All made up and driving. Like nothing. Just a random clown driving, nose on and all.
I've said this before, You say to the person in your car, "look, a clown!" and point at clown at next car.
They would always say, "I don't see any clown" It became a creepy funny thing to laugh.
