i would like to point out to all the 19 lovers a small detail... 02-17-2017 is NOT numerolgically sound to equal 19 in any format. in numerology you always add down to a single digit.. so there could never be a 19. i realize they were playing with numbers to get the two 19's like the original movie sale price etc.. but if thats the case then there are plenty of ways they can screw with the numbers for a july date.

My concern about the pushback is more historical... this isnt the first time they have tried to release anything adapted on The Dark Tower, and all previous attempts have ended tragically due to pushbacks and cancellations.. and i am not only talking about the Dark Tower itself.. The Talisman strongly involves End World as well and it got decimated out of nowhere... it Could be some sort of Omen... or dare I say even possibly King's own design... I mean... none of the adaptations have ever met the sort of reviews his books have... If I were him i might be worried about taking the greatest epic of his life's work to meet a less powerful acceptance than it deserves... I hope this isnt the case mind you, and i have wanted to see this come to film since i read book one (and mind you i sat on waiting lists for each successive book, this is my favorite all time literary work EVER) I truly hope that everything comes round and we finally get to see it on the screen.
