I just had to tell you...... My mother had bought a real expensive and soft mattress. So i took care to take it home to me when i emptied the apartment. And you know, it really is a big difference from the mattress i had before. Much more comfortable. Quality has its pluspoints.

Hopefully it will help you to sleep better, break you out of the insomnia. :)

I usually stay awake. Today for example i awoke 2 AM. Started to work at 5 AM (gave up on sleep then) If i hadn't started to work i would probably have been drowsy around 12, fallen asleep and awakened again around 6 PM.

That's tough going... have you talked to your doctor about it? (It's good that you work from home though and can keep your own hours)

Yeah, i have tablets to help me sleep and they most often work but i don't want to take them too much. I try to limit myself to one a week but i probably need them more often. But i'm truly grateful to work from home. Otherwise it would have been difficult. The sleeping problems has to do with all the pills i take so i don't have epileptic attacks. They work. My epilepsy isn't bothering me but they also make it difficult to fall asleep.

Ah, of course, I had forgotten that you take medication for epilepsy, it is a shame that they're not able to come up with something that works without interfering with sleep.

I'm just a baby when it comes to sleeping tablets. Don't like them even if they are necessary. I knew a person that killed herself by taking an excessive amount of sleeping pills. Not nice to think about.
That's awful... :(
I don't like them either, I took them once during a stressful time when a family member was very ill--I was struggling to function on little sleep. I stopped taking them after a night or two though as they just made me feel worse.

I have missed you, too! :peace: Going through a rough time, Flake, and not sure what I'm going to do - hence the insomnia. Things have a way of working themselves out, I've heard, so I'll just keep breathing and eventually all will pass!
Ah girl, I am so sorry to hear that... P.M me if you want to unload, okay?

(((you))) xox
