Today is Kaden's birthday! He is 9 Years old now.
Karen finds out today if Kat can start school this year.
Thursday through Sunday, the kids will be gone to PA. Larry, and I will have the house to ourselves!

Happy birthday to Kaden! Nine is an awesome age! Treasure these years and enjoy the house to yourselves.

Speaking of The Martian (which I dug the most) I kept waiting for him to turn some of them Martian potatoes into Martian vodka. I mean, he started dipping them in crushed vicodin in lieu of ketchup, so...maybe that was a deleted scene?

And the Starman song brought a tear to my eye.

He probably would have if he had had more of them but after that explosion they were rare. And, yes durango is my first stop on my south wards tour. Probably not gonna go further than Albequerque but there are lot of interesting places between these two places. The Pueblos, nature, El Malpais, Chaco, Aztec, Bandelier, Los Alamos, Petroglyph, Abiquiu . Probably some i have forgot. Any tips?

kingricefan so, did you go see the AB FAB movie? Thoughts?

Hi DJ!! Yes, I went and saw and loved the movie!!!! It's on a much more grand scale than the TV show. The locals they used are simply, well, fabulous!! Eddie and Patsy are up to their usual tricks again. I think they both looked better in this movie than they did in the 20th Anniversary Special. There's lots of nods to the show- i.e. situations and things that they've said in past shows. Lots of laughs!! Saw it with my bestie who's never seen the show and she said it was good, she liked it. I told her I had all the dvd's of the shows/specials if she wanted to watch them. Right now she's binge-watching Orange Is The New Black, so it'll be a while til she gets around to AbFab.

Haven't been feeling well lately.....had a sinus headache for a week, and now my ears are all stopped up......everything sounds like I'm listening through a paper cup, and the pressure in my ears is awful. I've got a doctor appt in the morning, and a full book at work all week......
