    I don't want to ruin it for someone who has not read so i won't say what happens but its funny how the everyday things can cause a big problem lol.I really did not expect the ending either. This my favorite story in Night Shift. what does everyone else think?

    One of my favorites, too. There was a short film made as well. I can't remember who was in it, but it was very well done.

    Not that I am into what they have done with his work in the movies.. but I think this one worked well.

    Yea and i agree with Mustangclaire
    Also the part where he overpowers the bodyguard and makes Cressner walk the ledge him self was pretty kool.

    Yep, I also felt like i was right up there scaling around that building with him. Really tense and enjoyable story. And the last line is a killer.;-D

    James Woods was in Quitters, Inc. I can see the actor in The Ledge in my mind, but his name is not coming to me.

    Cats Eye was good...but it was...uummm... not horror like...
    The Stand or even Misery... it was a little like cartoonish.
