And I'll be there as long as I don't get Bufo Toad poisoning, bitten by a monitor lizard, squeezed by a python or any of the other things that can happen in South Florida these days.![]()
Or killed by an alligator or crocodile (cannot remember which) - similar to that Stephen King short story I read. Stay away from the boardwalks! And I'll be there as long as I don't get Bufo Toad poisoning, bitten by a monitor lizard, squeezed by a python or any of the other things that can happen in South Florida these days.![]()
My apologies. I meant 8E/7C. Thanks.I just found this thread. I'd forgotten I'd created this poll. Nine, so far. Fantastic.
Let's meet Tuesday, July 30th at 8pm (CST) for The Long Walk and July 23rd (the previous Tuesday) for The Green Mile. Sound okay? I look forward to the group discussions!

Hi, Marty. You can comment whenever you like in any existing thread or in one you create but I won't be opening up the live discussion until the designated time. After that, it's free range, as usual. Hope you can make it!I've voted yes, but I wanted to clarify, this is like a live group discussion as opposed to a typical thread where we can reply whenever? The reason I ask is that I had just finished the Green Mile before you posted the announcement, and I think by late July I'll have read so much other stuff it'll be a little fuzzy. Can we make comments early? Either way, I'm still at least down for this one as long as I can be online at that time.
