The « trade edition ».

    Hello from France (again ;)).
The wikipedia page for Salem's Lot mentions that after the 2005 edition, a « trade edition was later released ». I am trying to locate such an edition on the internet, but those I can spot here and there never mention in the description section if they are that particular « trade edition ».
Therefore I'd be sincerely thankful to anyone who could help me spot that version, for instance by posting a link to some website (if this is allowed).
    Thanks a lot in advance.

I just got the book. It may be worth mentioning that the unpublished material is all grouped together at the end of the book, each bit being introduced and put back in its original context in the course of the previous edition.
