Welcome back! (If I stop liking chocolate, then I ought to probably just be put down. )

As to the avatar, if you can find a copy of it somewhere online (and it is 100% 'square' in shape) you should be able to upload here.
Hover your mouse over your username, (top right of page) a drop-down menu will appear. Go to Avatar and follow the prompts.
