Did anyone watch this? I recorded it.
I absolutely loved the book when it first came out. I don't remember a lot of details, but they had travelled into the late 70's/early 80's. We saw the world through their eyes.
H.G.Wells goes into a restaurant to get food, and he describes the experience, and as the reader, we are left to guess exactly where he is.
Anyway, I recorded the premier but haven't watched it yet.

He listens as others place their order, and when it's his turn he asks for "a quarter pounder with". He has no idea what that is....and even after he gets it, he's still not sure.
Anyway, I recorded the premier but haven't watched it yet.
