Snap trap. Traditional one made by Victor. Use peanut butter for bait. Have rubber gloves handy for clean up.
Live traps work well too, but if you do use one make sure you take the critter MILES away from your home. Little bugger will just come back if not.
They might be cute, but they carry all kinds of germs and disease.....this one is stealing food from my little Jackhuahua.Awww… mice are so cute and he's just trying to survive… Couldn't you trap him some way and let him loose in a field?
I'm afraid the snake would eat the dog!..Another alternative would be to let loose a large snake into the house. I hear they have some extra Pythons these days in Florida. Maybe Spidey could get you one?

Not that petite....the snake would probably choke on meOr you! Are you petite?
Smush and mold the cheese the bait holder so its not loose where they can take it and run, as they can be pretty crafty.
I've seen suggestions to wrap the bait in a cutting of old pantyhose. The theory is that it's teeth will hang up on the hose so it can't steal the bait and run.+1 on the tradtional type traps. But I use plain old American cheese, as they don't seem to like any of the finer types. Smush and mold the cheese into the bait holder so its not loose where they can take it and run, as they can be pretty crafty. They do carry diseases and parasites, so it's best not to mess around and just be done with them IMO.

We have a red tailed hawk in the neighborhood.....it could take off with my dog.Try going down to the local bird sanctuary and trapping an owl or eagle. Let that loose into your home and the mouse will either be dinner or be scared shytless and skedaddle.
Just remove all breakables from your shelves before letting the winged beasty have at it.
Not touching that one.........
I did restock the supply.....I guess I'm willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to have a rodent free homeSounds like a job for Velveeta!
Did you resupply after the Super Bowl, Sunny?
