Did you know there are actually five different UK editions of Doctor Sleep? Here they are:

UK regular trade edition:



UK trade edition from Waterstones that has an extra foreword by King:



UK trade edition from WH Smith:



UK "gift" edition with facsimile signature (700 numbered copies done, mine is #503):



UK signed limited (200 numbered copies, mine is #108):

Mine is the WH Smith one with the purple dust jacket, it almost feel soft and quilted, it is a very nice feeling. Of course I take the jacket off when I read hard backs, they just get too messed up with small tears, creases, the folds lose thier stiffness.
