No we are not actually having these but since I was posting a pic in How's the Weather, I found this one - it's from November 2018 and for some reason the Save-On Foods sells these things (we have lots of Filipinos and other Asian people who buy ethnic foods).

I've never tried them - you'd think they would be mostly fat but perhaps there is some meat on them.

Tonight it's catch as catch can (if that makes any sense). I made a dozen bran muffins and I put fresh blueberries (a whole pint) plus about 1/4 cup of currents in with the batter.

We also bought one of those already cooked rotisserie chickens. So I am just taking it easy tonight and sipping at my hot drink while posting.

Oh yeah - I had a can of sockeye salmon mixed with mayo as well; what I couldn't finish was put in the cat dish - he seems to like it

Going to try to make Butter Chicken

This morning I took Andy to his first appointment but now he's gone off on his own for the CT brain.

So I think I will take a stab at this and time it so it will be ready when he gets home.

It looks like you need to use quite a lot of spices

Only difference is I'm using fresh chicken thighs instead of a rotisserie chicken
