Did ya bag that one yourself @Walter Oobleck? Like the old lady said in The Stand - nothing like meat you've put up yourself (or words to that effect) - it has been many years since I read that book.

I remember when my Dad got a wild rabbit and my Mom cooked it in a roast pan - weird looking thing, it was !

Recipe please :)
1 pd boneless chicken breasts
12 oz smoked Andouille sausage, cut into small rounds
1 cup chopped onions, 1 1/4 cup chicken broth, 1 14oz can diced tomatoes, 3 Tlbsp. tomato paste, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 2 tsps. Creole seasoning, 1/4 ts. cayenne (I also added dried hot peppers)
Combine, cover/cook on low for 6-8 hrs, or high for 3.
Shred chicken, cook rice while cooking chicken for another 20 min. Add salt. Serve over rice.
