I own 20th Century Ghosts but have not read it yet - NOS4A2 is very good in my opinion. One of these days I'll start on the 20th Century Ghosts oneFinished reading 20th Century Ghosts, my first Joe Hill novel. You're good kid. Real good. The old man taught you well. Can't wait to start on your other stuff.
Before I start Sleeping Beauties, however, I've been digging into my unread pile. I forgot that I had purchased Go Set a Watchman on my Kindle when it first came out, so I started it yesterday. I'm about a quarter of the way through, and Harper Lee's characterisation and sharp wit is just as good as I remembered back in my boyhood days reading To Kill A Mockingbird. Looking forward to seeing how the story turns out.
Want a whole big box of them? A member whose screen name is escaping me right now sent them to me a couple of years ago and my son and I have finally worked our way through them. I was going to donate them, but would just as happily send them along.
Send them to Danie! I am desperately trying to declutter and my hubby would keel over if a big box of books showed up! I will work my way through them via the library , but thanks so much for the offer!I would be interested if Do1you isn’t!
Who wouldn't?? I Would like to have Skimoms capability of of giving good books away once you read them but i dont. I know, deep down, i might like to read them again and therefore my bookshelfes are overflowing.I would be interested if Do1you isn’t!
I know, right! If I lived alone, it would probably be nothing but books and a path to the fridge and the front door!Who wouldn't?? I've been looking at some of these hygge books, wondering if they're interesting. I'm all about comfort--lol.
Just finished this one yesterday - there is a section on how to make a woven heart but I don't think I'll be able to do it using their directions. I'd recommend this book. Some day I hope to be able to travel to Denmark.
I'm the same. Spring break is nice, because I can finally spend a little time here!Right now I am reading this thread. My extraordinarily taxing work schedule has kept me from reading at all lately and I sorely miss it.

Yes,but most of his Travis McGee books has been republished in hardcover. Have no idea how big these reeditions were but they do exist. They started to reissue them soon after his death in 86.I hardly ever see any John D hardbacks at the used book depot I go to. The only ones I ever see are the last books he wrote. Was he mainly a paperback writer in the old days?
