Lol, There he is!
Good morning Dio.
How you doin' today? :)
Good mourning to you too. One thing after another... Last week the shower in one of the bathrooms broke and had to call a plumber. A day after he replaced all the shower guts the shower arm for the shower head broke off in the water pipe in the second bathroom. He has to come back tomorrow. :(

Get him to check the kitchen plumbing and faucets outside too. ;)
Sorry that has happened, I hope it's an easy inexpensive fix Dio.

Had the kitchen faucet replaced about four months ago... and a powder room faucet fix. And nothing is ever easy and inexpensive. I tried to replace the shower head when the arm broke off. It seems whenever it comes to electrical or plumbing, my $50 do-it-yourself fixes always turns into a $500 emergency call. :(

I gotta try. Most fixes go fine, but plumbing is the bane of my existence. I think many of my house problems emanate because it sits on a massive deposit of uranium. The radon level is through the roof. I think I can give Chernobyl a run for the money. The maximum “acceptable” level of radon is 4.0 pCi/L... my two tests came in at 80.0 pCi/L. Although with me glowing in the dark it eliminates the need for nightlights.

Is it difficult to make an atomic bomb? :)
