Trying to buy that stuff was harder then getting beer when I was underage. Had to show ID and sign for it even though it's OTC. I told them I wasn't using it to make crank!
Finally got to the dentist. He ground off a bit of the filling he did a couple weeks ago as my bite was off a little.
Took some X-rays. No roots exposed. But it showed I have a sinus infection. The swelling is probably putting pressure on a nerve, hence the tooth pain. It's happened to me beforeSo, now I'm pooping some Advil Sinus....
I had 4 teeth taken out last year and it didn't really hurt while they were doing it (I had a good dentist) and the pain was even minimal afterwards but man oh man was it uncomfortable, I had to flush out the holes every night, and I couldn't eat solid foods for two weeks. They gave me pain pills but I was scared to death to take them, I know how addictive they can be, grandma is addicted to pain pills and Xanax, and I have a very addictive nature anyway. I was addicted to sleeping pills all the way from 10th grade to a little while before I turned 22.
My dentist is good as well.
The Sinus infection was is the root of the problem, I think.
Prescription pain killers can be a problem. Should be the last line of treatment.

Even though it was my day off I did hardly anything today - fed some crows that landed in my back yard; gathered up laundry but I'll do it tomorrow.
I did fix my son's bed frame once again and plan to get some supplies from Home Depot tomorrow to support the box spring and mattress.

Today is almost over, and I need to get some sleep. But....it's been a good day.
All three of my kids remembered my birthday, as did my husband. I now have a very big supply of peanut-free candy. And birthdays on Facebook are much like when you were little. Especially since many of the wishes there came from people that were at my parties between the ages of 6-16. Lol
Anyway....goodnight everyone. Sweet dreams.

Today, I'm getting ideas and the urge to write whenever I'm not writing.
Today, every time I sit down and fire up Word, my mind goes completely blank. It's like, Brain: "Oh, oh, oh! Idea! IDEA! Never mind yet another cup of coffee! Come on, do some work! Get to the desk, NOW!" *sits down, starts Word, fingers are poised over keys* Brain: *pfft, bzzz, pfft* *echo of mocking laughter*
I hate days like today.

I'm on an elimination diet right now to identify some food issues so I'm not doing anything even remotely exciting. I'm in phase 1 which is essentially the cleanse portion. Today, I have to suffer through a work lunch where everyone else eats delicious food while I eat a green salad with balsamic and a side of plain white rice. I expect to be feeling pretty stabby by the end of the day. Watch out!
