Drive safe.3 more hours of class then I’m pointing the company ride north and putting Little Rock in my rearview mirror. Homeward bound baby, back to Fayetteville post haste to see my girl and my family.
Yes ma’am and thank you.Drive safe.

Thank you sir I very much appreciate that. My fiancée works at the school so she was able to go watch him and said he did great . We’ve been going over his list of words pretty hard for the last month or so. I hope you have a good weekend Paddy.Have a great weekend. Sorry to hear you missed your son's triumph yesterday. Congratulations to him.
....it's a sad fact of being a parent....small hurts like this happen continuously as the adult tries to negotiate the minefield of parenthood.....schedules can only bend so far, and you're a great Dad-he knows, or will realize that as he gets older.....Thank you sir I very much appreciate that. I’m definitely taking him out for a celebration dinner tonight which I’m sure will be IHOP. For some reason he’d rather eat there than any other restaurant on the planet...lol....it's a sad fact of being a parent....small hurts like this happen continuously as the adult tries to negotiate the minefield of parenthood.....schedules can only bend so far, and you're a great Dad-he knows, or will realize that as he gets older.....
I made a MAJOR blunder yesterday. First of all, I was super excited to score tickets to Neil Patrick Harris "The Magic Misfits". I didn't do ANY research at all and just assumed that he was performing magic (because I know this to be his favorite hobby). Mr. Blue was staying home sick so I was going with a friend. As I'm sitting in traffic on the way there, I get a message from a client that they are running late to meet me for a dog sitting...a dog sitting that I had TOTALLY forgotten about because I didn't put it on my calendar (oops!). In a panic, I called Mr. Blue who agreed to leave his sick bed to meet the clients and watch the dog until after the show. At this point, my anxiety is through the roof because I don't blow off clients. I'm not that person. So, I get to the show and meet up with my friend...and it turns out to be a book reading...for a children's book. Now, I would listen to NPH read the freaking phone book and be happy ordinarily but given the situation with making Mr. Blue get up and cover for me with a client while he's sick, I just felt like the biggest freaking loser. Several lessons were learned and I'm certain that Mr. Blue will never let me live this down.

That’s actually kinda funny (in a weird way) - hope your hubby has a good sense of humourI made a MAJOR blunder yesterday. Oh yes. I'm sure we'll laugh about it years from now as he's reminding me of the time I made him work while he was sick so I could go listen to NPH talk about a children's book. That’s actually kinda funny (in a weird way) - hope your hubby has a good sense of humour
They were understanding. Luckily, the dog had met Mr. Blue previously so there wasn't that concern of it being somebody totally new. <3So long as the clients were ok I'm sure there was no harm done.
Get well soon, Mr. Blue.
You're home by now, ghost19 !
Have a great weekend everybody! I'm reclaiming my life a bit. Until things changed, I didn't know how much I was working. I'm too old for that! Hope you are cozy and with the people you love this weekend.
