Exactly!Yep.....after the first three, I was over it.
I REMEMBER a time when VAMPIRES used to be SCARY, anymore VAMPIRES are a JOKE! Movies such as TWILIGHT make them out to be GLITTERY FAIRY LIKE creatures, and movies like BLADE make them out to be SUPER HUMAN CRIME LORDS, somewhere along the way we LOST the SCARE FACTOR that should still be there! I'm not saying that BLADE was a bad movie, I LIKED IT,but what happened?
Cool, Thanks! All is not lost - let me introduce to:

Definitely not her case Everyone keeps saying she still behaves like a child. She looks like 18, she wears a lot of makeup and wants to seem adult, but when she starts talking it is clear she is still a child. I think at this age they really try hard to be adult... But I think they hurry too much, why don't they enjoy childhood while they can? As for me, I am just worried about her, as there are mistakes she can make and she won't be able to return it back.. Well, you know what I mean, I thinkSometimes 15 year old girls can be more mature than 22 year old guys. Not sure if that is the case with your cousin, though!
There was a 15 year old girl interested in my son a few years ago. I think Josh was about 23 at the time. I told him to stay away from her until she was at least 16, but she moved on and we never see her anymore.
You are absolutely right about Bella betraying everyone for the sake of her love, that's not a right idea to tell such 15-year-old girls... The thought has never occurred to me, but it's true.I agree, whether someone likes or dislikes a book or a movie is a simple difference of opinion. My problem with this story is when young girls view it as a love story. That is not love. And young impressionable girls seeing it as a love story will allow themselves to be abused physically and mentally because their awesome boyfriend is "just like Edward". In fact, did you know that Pattinson is quite disgusted by his die-hard fans? Some rip their own throats open when they see him...offering it to him.
The characters are well written in that they do come to life. The problem is the main characters have no redeeming qualities. Belle turns her back on everyone for an infatuation. She uses her friends to meet with her older boyfriend.
Love means respecting each other and welcoming each other into your world. When you have to sneak around, lie, and risk injury....that's infatuation, and usually very bad for you.
Btw, that 22 year old guy can probably be arrested. I think with a 15 year old it's statutory rape, whether she's willing or not. I truly hope your cousin wizens up and sends him packing. Hopefully before she does anything she will regret for the rest of her life. 15 is such a hard age to be. Really, you are still a kid, but you sure don't feel like one.
Has anyone seen the Subspecies series?......now there are some true vampires......none of that sparkly mumbo jumbo
Yep, that's the one
I really can't wait to see this one! I'm going to look for it this weekendThat's the one GNT. I liked the movie quite a bit, very dark, couldn't help thinking of Roland's blue eyes when looking at the main character, he has a 1000 yard stare to go along with the eyes. Good flick.
I liked the first three, especially The Vampire Lestat. After that it was m/m porn, & that doesn't appeal to me.Although I love the first few Anne Rice vampire books (especially the first one, Interview With the Vampire), I basically blame her for making them sexy and appealing. Especially as the series went on and it became a caricature of what it was.
I love, Love, LOVE that series! And Ultraviolet, too--I wish there was more than one season of that show. All is not lost - let me introduce to:
