Very soothing, almost hypnotic which would make sense since it is a mantra.
such beautiful images and yes, soothing. The image of singing to her father at the end did me in. She sang to him going onto his next journey as he sang to her coming into this journey. Beautiful.
That was someone else but I thought it was her father at first, too. Made me cry anyway. The instructor used it at our yoga class during the savasana and I fell in love with it--had to download it and have been playing it all day.
Still very touching. I so admire someone like that who has so much inner peace.
Must download this. Would be excellent as background calming effect on stress days- heck- any day. Thank you!
