I've been crying off and on since I read MadamMack 's post. I completely understand, but it also breaks my heart. Madam Mack was one of the first members to make me feel welcome and included. There are a lot of inside circles within this board, just as there are in the real world. MM embraces everyone and makes them feel special. I have been hurt by members, both intentionally and unintentionally. MM is the type of member who inspires me to keep coming back.

I'm very sorry I missed this post earlier . . .it really touched my heart because I felt a connection right away with you . . .you don't act like most women (you are a girl, right?) . Many women are so vindictive and seem to be afraid that another woman will still their shine. I have five sisters so I've dealt with that for years, but I never felt that way with you. I hope you are OK now . . .I ain't that far away . . .don't leave Morgan you are a special kind and I like seeing you here.

Just a note to say that I hope all goes fairly well for you guys this year and sometimes the rough roads will eventually lead to peaceful valleys.

Here's a little update on me. On Facebook I started a group for my Family and the participation has been amazing. That is my only personal interaction on Facebook and I like it just fine because I am the admin of the group. I never realized just how many folks I had floating around Facebook. I sent out invites for the group to the relatives that I knew and that got the ball rolling. It's a private group and I have met many of my family members that I didn't even know I had. And the photos! Wonderful photos!

The biggest joy is that I've been in contact with a nephew that I hadn't spoken to since we were kids. We're close to the same age and we got along well as kids. They'd come down for the summer and we'd get into all kinds of trouble. I didn't realize how much I've missed him until I spoke to him the other day.

He has twelve kids~ I told him he needs to keep his damn pants on! He laughed and said it was too late now!

That sound like an ideal way to stay in touch with family. Enjoy the positives, Madam. Glad you reconnected with the nephew too.
