I don't remember the dog being in jeopardy except for when the guy had to leave him outside when he went into that place.
The dog stayed there waiting for him and was half dead by the time he came back to the surface. The dog was faithful, waiting, waiting, waiting because the boy got him food. He sniffed out the women, and the boy made sure he ate. Just the fact that he waited tore me up, but he wasn't in good shape when Don finally came to his senses.

Oh, ok. And I watched not all that long ago. But it was for the second time only; plus, the first time was like 100 years ago. =D

Me too. I grew up watching him, and because I was a serious horror fan from a very early age, he was a very big deal to me.
Yep, me too! I saw all of his movies on television when I was a kid. He gave me quite a few scare back then! Mostly all 'B' movies, some even 'C', but I loved to hear him talk. Great, great voice.

Ok. I dunno. I've never seen Scissorhands, and was not aware before tonight that he was in it.
He has a cameo in the beginning as Edward's Maker/Father. I have it on dvd and I seem to recall Tim Burton saying in the commentary that Vincent was overjoyed to be in the movie and that it really meant alot to him (and it meant alot to Burton to be able to have Mr. Price in his movie as he, too, had grown up watching those old horror films). I think Burton said he passed away within days of wrapping up his scenes. Sad. You should watch it so you can see Vincent! He's great in it.
