Why Don't They Make The Shining into a full TV series ?

It wouldn't have to be just about Jack and his family. With the back story of the Hotel , there is so much they could do with this one . Perhaps HBO or Show time could do the series ?

if it we're to become a series , what kind of storyline would you like to see ?

I would for sure watch it There are so many different story possibilities... Background on the twins and room 237 could fill the entire first season.

EEP! No! I agree, No more remakes! But I think a series based on prequel events would be pretty cool
