(I don't do political correctness. I think political correctness is this country's great plague. All it's good for is to replace the truth when the truth feels uncomfortable, but who says it feels that way? Most people don't feel that way. We've been brainwashed into feeling we're supposed to think like certain people want us to, and so to feel guilty and intimidated into it. To hell with political correctness.)I know you are just trying to be funny but I got in trouble when I went back to college and said "Oriental" - about three Asian girls turned around and all at the same time said "Asian!" to me. You would have thought I said "F*ck" or something!

Good for you. You keep up the good work. I don't think yer breaking any personal convictions by being tolerant, which I believe in being, too, of course. The thing is that, imho, political correctness, because it substitutes for the truth, does harm by giving actual racists something to hide behind. Anyway, I'll PM you if you wanna continue the discussion.I could not agree with you more Blunt! (Frank) but the reality is that that is what it is like where I work. And after spending over 20 years in the military it is hard to teach an old dog new tricks. I just have to make it through three more years there and then I can retire.
