I really like onamonapia (A word that phonetically imitates or suggests the source of the sound that it describes. Onomatopoeia refers to the property of such words. Common occurrences of onomatopoeias include animal noises such as "oink," "meow," "roar," or "chirp."). It's so lyrical-sounding, kinda Hawaiian.
How about megaprosopous? It's the quality of having a large face. I remember seeing a closeup of Jason Robards face to face with a much more diminutive actress, and he put some teeth in the term.
And finally, one of my favorites: sussuration. Its meaning is just like its sound.
