I've been trying to figure out if it's the kid that's wearing the sunglasses which is the only thing that makes sense otherwise the top half of his face is missing. It can't be turned away from the camera because of the angle of the ear.
The kid is wearing the hat and glasses and his face is just turned toward his dad...
Edit: If you look closely you can just see two chins. A kid one and an adult one.
