Lisbeth Salander is one of the best female characters I've ever read. All three books were uneven, but she saved each of them.Just finished Mr. Mercedes-now back to my last few hundred pages of The Stand reread. Need to finish rereading Night Shift too-but that one was giving me serious nightmares! Think I'll read Girl With The Dragon Tattoo while deciding what's next. Got it at the thrift store for 50 cents. Haven't seen the movie yet either.
Just finished Mr. Mercedes. Will read Screamplays now.
How far into it are you? I am really liking it so far.Written In My Own Heart's Blood--the latest in Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series. Will be making reading time for this over the weekend for sure!
Not very far--too many interruptions with other things--like this day job gig! Just checked my iPad (have it on Kindle app for iPad) so don't have hard copy page number but looks like Chapter 14 Incipient Thunder is where I'll be starting on my lunch break. How about you?How far into it are you? I am really liking it so far.

I'm in the middle of chapter 41, page 241. Wanted to get through Part 2 last night, think there is about 20 pages to go but didn't make it!
Do it, do it, do it!!DAng! I need to start the very first one! It's here, I have it. So many books!
Stephen seems to be back to his best. Since I started reading King he has released: 11/22/63, Wind through the Keyhole, Dr Sleep, Joyland and Mr Mercedes. I absolutely loved 11/22/63 and joyland, Dr Sleep was awesome, and Mr Mercedes is getting rave reviews here (I've not read it yet, or 'Keyhole). From the synopsis alone, Revival sounds like something I could get totaly immersed in, I'm really looking forward to that one.Finished Mr. Mercedes yesterday--I have to say it's one of my favorite SK novels!
But now it looks so forlorn on my bedside table...I really hated to finish it.
Back to his best? I'd say he surpassed his best, and, like fine wine, gets better with time.Stephen seems to be back to his best.
