I love pics of hay rolls... They're very calming somehow. This is a pic of some of the hay rolls we bailed this spring
I love angel statues
When my dad passed away in 1999, my family went to choose his memorial stone. This little angel girl was up against the building abandoned.
"What is she doing there? " i asked the owner.
"Oh, she was picked up from the East Orange Cemetery, the family is having her replaced with a new one because her wings are broken off. She was on some little kids grave who died in 1901. She's going into disposal."
"What?! She was protecting a child's grave for a hundred years....you can't throw her out!" I started tearing up.
"You want her?" he asked. "If you can move her, she's yours."
It took three of us, she weighs well over a hundred & fifty pounds. Now she resides in my garden amongst the lilies and the ferns. I think she likes it there... lots of people love to touch and pat her head as they pass in and out of the gate.
.............i just had to, if you can dig that. For well over a hundred years, she protected the body of a little child... and i have to protect her.
You told this story before and it's still a great story. I love that you rescued her.

On the wall behind the Charvel gold-top is a shadowbox of my bands first album that my sister made for me as well as a framed poster for the CD release party we had when the album came out.

The first guitar I bought myself. 1993 American Standard Stratocaster. She's been modded a bit as well. Swapped out the pick-ups. This is my primary guitar.

I want Dave Mustaine's guitar. The one he played in 2007.
I told Richard that, when he was here. He says in a casual tone, "I don't know what you want it for. You can't play guitar." Which made me crack up laughing for some reason.
I think it was mostly the way he said it, in a calm casual voice. But he's right that I don't know how to play guitar.

Ok, here come the rest of my guitars
This is a recent addition to the stable. This is a Charvel San Dimas HS with a hard tail bridge. She is very blue. Hard to tell from the pic but the paint is almost metallic.
Here is the newest addition. This is a Charvel DS2 Pro-Stock that I did some tweaks to. I switched out the stock pick-ups for humbucker sized P90's. This is a sister guitar to the goldtop Charvel DS1 Pro-stock that is in the pic with my pedalboard. Got it on ebay brand new for dirt cheap. Did I mention I have a bad case of G.A.S (Gear Acquisition Syndrome)
Finally, here is my acoustic. It's a 2000 Gibson Songbird.
