We could do the same thing with an R.I.P. sub-forum that wouldn't need to just be about celebrities. Having those 2 categories as sub-forums might make it easier for those who would rather not read them as they could easily segregate them in their watch (or ignore) list.

There was a RIP thread started HERE for all departed sentiments to fall into, but nobody used it.
There was also a HAPPY BIRTHDAY thread HERE for fond birthday wishes, but nobody used that either.
Perhaps these sorts of sentiments are personal, heartfelt and not meant to be lumped together. I agree with those that have said "If you don't like it, don't read it."

As a sub-forum they wouldn't all be lumped together as they were in the threads you started so people could still do the separate posts for the individual and it would be easier to find and segregate just those 2 forums.

I never said I don't like reading those threads, or that they aren't important...what I said was it would be easier if they were together in a "sticky" because posts made in those are easily noticeable and don't get lost amongst all the other threads here. But as Ms Mod said she could create a separate sub-forum which would group all of these threads together, and I think that sounds like a great idea.
