I would really like for people to slow the heck down with the holidays. It just seems that people want to gloss over Thanksgiving and move right into Christmas. It's in the stores & television- Yikes it is fast.

I woald like my employment to be prolonged. The contract we wrote ends next summer. So would like to feel a little more longtime safety in the job. If you're referring to the GOP take-over, it was a given from the start. Everything goes in cycles- I predict in 6 years (unless the Repubs really screw it up in the next two years*fingers crossed*) the Dems will be back in power.

I know what you're saying Kurben but the French government has issued this map showing in red the areas of potential terrorist danger following the kidnapping of the French man in Algeria. And it's a lot of red, enough to discourage a lot of people. On top of that, the first day it was issued, Morocco was also in red. It was changed 2 days later but it has had terrible consequences in people's mind regarding Morocco.

That's also my wish regarding a painting I'm working on. I started 3 months ago, never has a painting taken me so long. Maybe it's because I care so much about the subject ( it's a Stephen King portrait with 3 of his most famous characters in the background) so I keep procrastinating, and I know it's fear, same as you.
