I have noticed that many men are paranoid about having too much back hair. Like ... completely normal amounts of back hair. I'm not talking a carpet here, just ... a normal amount of hair. The things we worry about ...
I've heard that about glitter being the herpes of the crafting world -- I laugh every time I hear it! Because, everything is better when it sparkles.

I think our obsession with hair removal is just kinda weird within the context of the whole human experience. And of course, what we might consider the highly attractive, if prepubescent, look now might be considered atrocious 50 years from now when the "natural look" will be all the rage.
All that said, and dyeing armpit hair is, in my opinion, more weird than shaving it.
And I'm a hypocrite about it. Grandma helps me with the back hair because it just feels better and less sweaty with all the time I spend in the car, and I trim the body hair down when I can't tell myself from an orangutan.)

I read somewhere that we have the same number of hairs as other apes, it's just ours is finer and shorter...don't know if that's true or not. Also, who the heck counted the hairs on a gorilla?!
