That sounds GOOD! We do sliders with beef (a good quick and dirty add in is a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix) and ground turkey. I like that one Greek-style: mix in some bread crumbs for body, some fresh oregano, basil, lemon zest, and feta, shape, and grill those suckers up. With homemade slider rolls, please: crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, and toasted with butter (if possible). Offer lots of fixins, & dinner is served
