Good evening!

I love sliders.

Specifically, I love MY sliders. :lemo:

(I make three kinds. Black pepper corn ground coarsely and mixed in the burger, jalapeno chopped also mixed in the meat and onion-finely chopped and sorta smeared on top of the meat before cooking. All served on dinner rolls. Ha!)

What about you?

Thank you!

At some point in my consciousness, "sliders" came into being, seeming to indicate a small hamburger. Is that correct? I've never really grasped the whole context of the term.

Yeah, Google is my friend, but why do that when I can ask you charming people?

Leftover pot roast with some onion that was cooked with it, pepper jack cheese preferably, but I LIKE CHEEZE PLEEZE, so it really don't mind a lick what kind you mind, and cheap azzz salty pickle slices on the same, yeasty dinner rolls...I did these at a joint I worked with the pepper jack, called 'em 'Jack Pots'..seriously big hit with the late night stoner crowd;)...and made for real easy pickin's on who one might snag off a nice phat hogleg:smile:

White Castle Hamburgers is where it originated, 'cause they're small and greasy and slide on down...and, um, out, as the lore and legend goes:biggrin2:

That sounds GOOD! We do sliders with beef (a good quick and dirty add in is a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix) and ground turkey. I like that one Greek-style: mix in some bread crumbs for body, some fresh oregano, basil, lemon zest, and feta, shape, and grill those suckers up. With homemade slider rolls, please: crusty on the outside, soft on the inside, and toasted with butter (if possible). Offer lots of fixins, & dinner is served :)

Yes, sir.

They are *baby burgers* like this:

I like them because I don't eat very much at one sitting. I can take a bite or two or three different *kinds*.

Oh yum those sound wonderful!...hey if you make homemade chips, or even just crispy fries, try saltin' 'em with a seasoned salt heavy on celery, or take celery salt and add it to your favorite to give it some celery boost, I think it compliments the feta on the sandwich for some reason...picked that up a Greek diner I love, never failed me yet:thumbs_up:

Well, just kill me now. That left over pot roast with the onion that it was cooked with it? That there belongs in a hot flour tortilla, don'tcha know!

(I'm hungry.)
